Return Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Confirm returns & exchanges with us first.
  • Return items within 7 days of receiving them.
  • Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and seals.
  • No sale, discounted, Pre-Order, or collaboration items can be returned.
  • No cash refunds. We give store vouchers only.
  • Store vouchers can’t be exchanged for cash and are only for use at rereoutlined.com.
  • You can exchange an item only once per purchase.
  • No cash or voucher refunds if the new item is cheaper.
  • Exchanges depend on availability.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We may reject returns or exchanges if they don’t meet our rules.
  • Rejected returns will be sent back at your cost or discarded if not claimed within 7 days. Unmarked parcels will be held for 14 days before being discarded.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • No cash refunds for any reason (defects, unavailability, etc.).
  • You pay all fees for returns. If we pay customs duties, they’ll be taken from your store credit.
  • Exchanges are not recommended due to potential high taxes or delivery issues.

SHIPPING FEE

  • You will be responsible for both shipping fees to and from our warehouse.
